Mo Johmani is the Founder & CEO of COR AI, an AI strategic intelligence platform built for marketing agencies. After 20 years of building and running agencies, Mo is now focused on helping agency founders make sharper growth decisions, protect senior thinking, and adopt AI in ways that are specific to how agencies actually work.
Mo founded O2 in 2005, growing it into an integrated communications agency working across government, financial services, telecom, retail, and public-sector clients in the Middle East. He also founded Belong Interactive, a digital agency focused on web architecture, mobile applications, CMS development, and integrated digital strategy, which he exited in 2017.
Today, Mo’s work sits at the intersection of agency leadership, artificial intelligence, and new business strategy. Through COR AI, he is building the intelligence layer he wished he had as an agency founder: a system to help agencies evaluate opportunities, preserve institutional knowledge, develop stronger strategic responses, and turn senior expertise into repeatable workflows.
Based in Irvine, California, Mo remains connected to the UAE business ecosystem while building COR AI for the US agency market. He is also a Board Member of the American Advertising Federation Orange County.
